Status

SparkAxis is in private build. A complete Privacy Policy is under legal review and is not yet published. Public sign-up and paid access are paused until that review is finalized.

While the full policy is being finalized, the operating principles that will guide it are:

SparkAxis is designed for teens aged 13 to 19.
No advertising anywhere in the product.
No sale of personal or reflection data.
No real-money gameplay. SparkCoins are virtual only.
Private words exchanged during Heartlink conversations are treated as personal to the family and are not used for advertising, profiling, or resale.
Only the ordinary account and progress information required to operate the learning experience is retained.
