SparkAxis is in private build. Complete Terms of Use are under legal review and are not yet published. Public sign-up and paid access are paused until that review is finalized.

The operating principles that will guide the final Terms are:

SparkAxis is intended for teens aged 13 to 19.
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials safe.
XP, SparkCoins, badges, and tiers are virtual only. They have no cash value and cannot be purchased, exchanged, or redeemed for money or financial products.
Dragon's Stack is an educational world. It does not provide investing, trading, financial products, or personalised financial advice.
AI features assist practice. They do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or safety guidance.
SparkAxis reserves the right to update the service and pause accounts that breach these terms.
